The Center for Contemporary Composition is a distinct leader in contemporary music. With the resident Grossman Ensemble and acclaimed visiting ensembles, the Center premieres more than forty new works by emerging and established composers each year. The CCCC's Distinguished Guest Composers and Postdoctoral Researchers stimulate the ceaselessly innovative, relentlessly searching scholarly environment at the University of Chicago.
